Shooting Strategies offers concealed carry classes in the Metro Atlanta area. We have the best classes in the area. We have concealed carry classes for anyone interested in learning how to safely and efficient us a handgun, rifle or shotgun. We can help enhance your skill set with basic gun safety courses, handgun safety training, NRA Gun Safety, or NRA Concealed Carry Class.

Our instructors are qualified, insured and certified. They maintain their certification with such organizations as the United States Concealed Carry Association (USCCA) and the National Rifle Association (NRA). Instructors maintain an annual insurance policy for their instructional classes. We acknowledge the cost of time and money to our students and in exchange, our instructors do the best they can to guarantee quality information. They regularly invest in enhanced course materials and continuously subjected to additional training. They do this to provide up to date information.

Our students come from all over the area. Most of them are searching for Lilburn Concealed Carry training and classes. We also have students from Norcross, Lawrenceville, Dacula, Stone Mountain, and Tucker.

The state of Georgia does not require residents to complete a handgun safety class prior to getting a state sanctioned Weapon’s permit. Most every responsibly armed citizen, however, does agree that quality gun safety education and training is safer. They also agree that it makes you more efficient in defending yourself and your loved ones. The state of Georgia recently eased restrictions and more clearly defined areas that prohibit concealed carry. They did this through the Safe Carry Protection Act of 2014 (also known as the “guns everywhere” law. Some areas are still prohibited (schools and government buildings). However, the law does now allow for concealed carry in churches and restaurants under the right conditions.

Where can you conceal carry? What constitutes as a legal shooting? What do you do in the event deadly force used for protection? When is deadly force acceptable? What constitutes as self-defense? This course offers an understanding of when and where you can legally conceal carry. The NRA Concealed Carry Classes covers the laws of self-defense. We use possible real life scenarios to help enhance your understanding. This course offers the understanding in when deadly force is necessary. We explain what constitutes as a legal shooting and even explain what to and not to say to law enforcement during the aftermath. A safe and fun environment for your introduction to handguns and concealed carry is our goal. We want our students to leave here responsibly armed and fully equipped with up to date information.

In short- we do everything that we can do to ensure that all of our students who are interested in carrying a concealed weapon for personal protection receive adequate training and instruction to make sure that they are safely and responsibly armed at the completion of the class.
